About

Rhonda 'Nar' Frazier

Nar Frazier is a mother who has encountered varying childbirth experiences from cesarean to vbac, hospital to home, and assisted to unassisted birth. She utilizes this wisdom along with training as a doula and traditional midwife to guide mothers and families in making informed decisions related to preconception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. To further assist families, she enhanced her expertise by partnering with various childbirth support organizations and continuing her pursuit of education receiving several certifications that include becoming a childbirth educator, certified lactation counselor, bereavement aide, herbalist and unassisted birth advisor to name a few. These endeavors inspired her to host monthly womens' gatherings, annual community events and also train women who desire to become a doula.

Mrs. Frazier believes every family deserves a supportive team of childbirth professionals providing collaborative care that helps them achieve their birth goals. She encourages mothers to confidently take authority over their birth journey, trust their instincts, and know that having self-knowledge and current evidence based data is what empowers her to shape her childbirth destiny.  You too can support a woman's right to birth her way with efficient perinatal and postpartum knowledge.
